Hi, i was wandering if there are other people who play an instrument or sing here. I'm a drummer and i play in a band called Denying The Evidence (we have a fb page too). And you guys?
Hello fellow muso! I sing and play guitar. I've got a band and do a little solo work when I've got some tiime as well as some project stuff. What sort of influences have you got?
I play banjo and harmonica mostly bluegrass just with friends and I teach scruggs style playing. Occasionally I will play blues harmonica at open mic. I count Stacy Mitchhart, Charlie Musselwhite, and Earl Scruggs among my key influences.
It's hard to say what sort of influence do we have... I'm not even sure about our genre! Someone loves to define us alternative rock, other people say "light metal" (?) and so on. Anyway i like playing lots of kind of music, for example some days ago i had some fun playing a mix of country, blues and swing music with my father and some of his friends. I used to play violin too but i stopped, one day i'll try again
I play the guitar and sing for myself and sometimes around the campfire with friends. I play mostly classic rock and am trying to learn to play the blues. Most of my playing is fingerpicking.
Cool tropic I play Barytone Saxophone and Tenor Saxophone (at semi pro level), I have been traveling a lot the past years and im at the moment having a break. And started to play Tuba a year ago for a couple of months, just to try it out Nice and easy instrument
High5 for saxophones. Tenor and alto. But it's been busy for a while, so I've not played in an orchestra for a while. Damn work for stealing hours from all my hobbies!
I play the piano (completed grade 6 a few years ago), sing, and play guitar! I wish I could play guitar better though, only had a tutor for a year
Another musician here - been playing guitar & bass for about 15 years or so... Mostly progressive metal / heavy metal / extreme metal! (theres a theme here)
