8th Ed. My ChakAx model painted

I know, he just loves leaving a bloody mess after the fights. Haven't finished painting but thought it was really cool looking.

Ok I am moving this thread to the painting forum and I have deleted the other one.

The blood splatering effect on his head looks really cool, great work! The staff could be a bit darker, generally (ironically) blood red is too bright to be realistic blood. You want a wet look, so red ink if you have any or maybe a bit of devlan mud. Or just use a slightly darker red and put some gloss varnish on it.

 

Maybe a scab red? too dark? I use a tooth brush to gain the splash effect it works perfectly.
