Very nice! Hirst Arts has some wonderful terrain structures. This will be a very nice centerpiece to your table. Good job!

    Wow, looks good! Nice work!

I considered getting some of the Hirst molds a while ago, how did you find the process overall? Enjyable and easy enough or not really worth the time required?

The most annoying part of the process is the casting of the blocks but nothing a production line process and a case of beer and a weekend wont fix once the bricks are made the building process I have got to say is addictive seeing the project develop brick by brick I found one of the best ways to put the bricks together is with a gap filler. Without sounding like an add I would recomend them being added to your terrain making arsonal. And thanks for your compliments.

Those are really nice. Did you do free hand work on the snakes?

I really need to have another look at the Hirst stuff. Roughly, what is te required investment in money and time that you put in on that?

Investment 70 Us for 2 molds but you could just use one that is the wizards tower
    http://www.hirstarts.com/
    15 bucks Aus for plaster
and around a weekend in casting then a week in drying. The basing took a lot longer than the construction
I used a dremel "rotary bur" to do the carving on the snakes it works really well with the plaster.
So for around 45 US you got the building and the ability to make many more for around 15 Aus each

Thanks all it is ment to be a border indicator simular to a warning of entering lizard man territory I saw somthing simular in Thialand just not as big but with snakes (much better than mine seveal heads) it was an entry into a temple complex I am going to use it as a starting entry when I get around to making a temple board. Looking at it I guess you could use it as a path surrounded by difficult terrain bit of a cheat in both flanks would be semi secured for the unit. Either way I hope it adds to the feel of a game that you are fighting Lizardmen of Lustria
