The only major things I don't like are the block of 9 Kroxigor and your lack of Skinks. I would: Drop the Saurus to 2 blocks of 30. Drop 4 Kroxigor. Get a 28-man Skink Cohort with Full Command and put 3 of the Krox in it. Get a 20-man Skink Cohort and put the other 2 Krox in it. That'll put you at 2,997 and give you an answer for those elite units. Use the 3 Krox unit for head-on fights and use the 2 Krox unit as a flanker. Both of these units have the 6++ parry save and are able to Stand and Shoot. Should help a lot. Also try out Lore of Metal like suggested in the other thread. WoC hate that Lore.
I second pretty much everything Qupakoco said. Lore of metal is worthless against daemons however since they get ward saves instead of armor. I recommend against taking a single stegadon against WOC or daemons. Both armies now have cannons that are extremely strong and will eat the stegadon for lunch. If you know they arent going to take cannons however, I would suggest turning him into a skink priest with engine of the gods which gets bonus strength against daemons. Also I recommend taking the burning blade instead of sword of striking so you have a way to negate regeneration (chimeras, trolls, plaguebearers, etc). Also banner of flame on the temple guard would be a cheap way of doing the same. Finally, if you have skinks, play them, skinks are useful against both these armies.
