its just the hand w/ greatblade from the Carnosaur kit attached to the Temple Guard Champion's wrist. The whole body of the rider is a Temple Guard
 
I like the halberd option for the smaller dude, but it bothers me that the spikey end is up and the round-spiked club end is down... just my preference. I used the halberd option the oldblood myself.
 
Going to have to revitalize this post, starting with my dinosaurs again. Getting to work with a massive army increase
