    Good luck!

I don't know if a Slann can stand up to much in the WoC book in hand to hand, but your best bet might be something like:

    Beast Magic
    BSB (War Banner)
    Higher State (Ethereal and Crumble)
Transcendent Healing (6+ Regen every magic Phase)
Fencers Blades (WS10 and +1 attack)
    Other Tricksters Shard

That costs you 500 points, and you really want to roll Pann's and Savage Beast and get them off on your Slann on a regular basis (5 Attacks at S6 with T8 and a 4+ Ward for 5 wounds is a pretty nasty fighter... on average it will probably take 120 incoming attacks to kill him) And if you can get Wyssan's off that wouldn't hurt either.

I'm pretty sure WoC have access to magical attacks on their core units, to Higher State might be a waste of points (and dangerous due to crumbling). Also, if you're planning on sending your Slann into combat, making him the BSB is questionable.

I'd keep the Transcendent Healing bit, because you want to get as much healing opportunities as possible.

So, you could save a pretty penny by dropping the Higher State, BSB, and War Banner and maybe take some magic enhancing disciplines/items (harmonic+channeling staff, becalming...). This also makes the Slann less of a liability when he inevitably gets killed or run down (he's still a pretty big point sink though...)

If you are thinking about throwing the Slann into a character bus (don't do that!) you could try the Sword of Anti-Heros instead of the Fencers Blades, but I think WS10 will serve you better in the long run.

Another thing to try would be to take The Blade of Realities. You wouldn't even need the OTS (but you are banking on getting Savage Beasts off in order to be combat-ready at all.. you need lots of attacks!) This actually might be your best bet against WoC since they have lots of armor and ward saves. Again, I think you might miss the WS10 both offensively and defensively.

Also, you could take something like Metal or Life with your Slann if you can afford to run 1 or 2 Skinks with Beasts (I can't stress how important Savage Beasts is to your Slanns health!) You probably want to run at least 1 level 2 Priest just to guarantee that your Lv4 Beasts Slann gets the spells he needs.

And an Ancient Stegadon with the Engine of the Gods tuned to Beasts would be a nice to have.

    Good luck.

That was an impressive response to what I assume was a silly or trick question.

Assuming your not trolling, nothing. Nothing is going to make a slann combat ready. Look at his stat line. He makes one attack.

Fencers Blades, Obsidian Amulet, Crown of Command, BSB, Banner of Discipline.
    WS10, 4+ ward, 2+ ward vs spells, stubborn 9 (on 3 dice).
You really need stubborn if your going into combat.
All that comes in at 425.
After that, I'd take Wandering Deliberations and Soul of Stone. It brings him up to 480.
Soul stone is so you can modify miscasts, looking for effects that hit all models in base to base (his best way to kill). I'd also take banner of discipline (because I'll fail Ld9 on 2 dice with a re-roll).

Wander Deliberations gives you some really good spell options.
Miasma lets you not only hex your opponent, but also smoke and mirrors to shift out of combat (run some heroes on foot).
Wild form is pretty strait forward.
    Lifebloom heals you a wound.

Keep a priest handy for casting through, and you can keep popping off the 3 magic missiles and spirit leech, even if you get caught in combat with a bad LOS.

Lord Kroak does most of that and costs less points.
Almost everyone hits him on a 4+ (WS10), Unbreakable (Crown of command, BSB + banner of discipline), 3+ Ward (Average of 4++ and 2++ vs magic), he has +1 toughness and wounds, better miscast protection than Soul of stone, more and stronger magic missiles than wandering deliberations, less adaptable though as he doesn't have the other signature spells.

It's a close call but I think Smoke and Mirrors edge the normal Slann above Kroak. I've had Kroak survive so many battles though. On his own he can easily survive for multiple rounds of combat against some scary stuff. He doesn't kill much though... 2 lvl2 priests should just cast savage beast and wysans on him.

I'd rather have 4 spells of a lore of my choice over kroaks. I'd much rather have 8 signature spells over kroaks.
D6/2D6/3D6 S4 hits just isn't going to do much to warriors of chaos.
