AoS need suggestions 1k skink list

Greetings fellow lizardsman,

I want to start a fun to play seraphon army since a long time now, but I'm not sure I want to purchase the start collecting box since it is mainly for a lizardmen army. That's why I'm asking you guys to help me build an affordable 1k list that would be more based on skinks and or monsters. I would be especially happy if that list occured to include a bastiladon since it is so far my favorite GW miniature.

Go something like this

Skink priest
2 units of skinks
1 unit or Rippers or Terra dons
Basilidon

Your basically taken Shadowstrike without the battalion
