Are saurus heroes allowed to take any of the magical heavy armours? I cant see where it says you cant... and by the same logic, could a skink chief take them?

You can take any of the common magic items, but any items allready mentioned
in out army book go by that cost instead of the cheaper cost in the BRB. (Magic Shield)

and anyone who can take armor can take any kind of magic armor too.
