New Oldblood on old Carnosaur.

All,

Updated my list to include dual carnosaurs so now I have a BSB and OB on a Carnosaur. Problem is that I only had one carnosaur. Never really liked the new Carnosaur model so I decided to go with an old one, and use some pieces from the new kit. I was worried that it looked to big on here, but I think it turned out ok. What do you guys think? Let me know and visit my blog for more pics. Holla!

Paint job looks really good. But i am sorry to say that I think the carno looks too small. Maybe its the saddle doing it.

Love the paint job you gave to the model
but the saddle is almost half the model it looks a bit odd

I wouldn't mind seeing that paint scheme applied to one of the new kits

Thanks for the replies. Again, I was worried about it being too big but it looks better in person. Yes, I agree it's still too big but I've already completed it and I'm gonna stick with it. Thanks again!

i think you have the right idea here. the old carnosaur is one of GWs best models ever imo. much more beautiful than the new one. It is possible that the "throne" makes it look a little small, but i love this

I agree. The old sculpt looks much nicer. It looks more like what I wanted in the carnosaur than the new one.
Combining the old carnosaur with the new saurus looks awesome though.
