Guys and Gals, I am a new Lizardmen player (2 games so far), I have built a list from quite a lot of research and advice and would like a little help fine tunning if possible. Here we go - Slann - Focused Rumination, Focues of Mystery, Cupped Hands (395 points) - Light Magic Skink priest - Discpell Scroll (90 points) Scar vet, mounted (will go in with COC) - light armour, enchanted shield, Piranha Blade (160 points) Scar vet, on foot (will go with TG) - Light armour, charmed shiled, sowrd of strife (135 points) 30 x Saurus full command (354 points) 10 x skink skirmishers (70 points) 10 x skink skirmishers (70 points) 12 x skink skirmishers (84 points) 8 x Chamo skinks (96 points) 7 x COC musician, standard bearer, will have Scar vet in to make 8 (285 points) 26 x TG, full command *no magic items as of yet* (451 points) 2 x Salamanders (150 points) Total army is 2340. Basically I have 60 points to play with and I am not sure where to put it?? TG are bunkered and I usually buff them up with Light spells so do I really need to add magic items? Should I up the power of my slann?? Any help would be much appreciated.
You say that but with a scar vet and 7 COC I managed to annihilate a pack of 6 ogres yesterday. from my limited experience they have been a game changer for me, in a good way!
the armour save of your first scar vet is too high: it's a 0+, but you can't do better than 1+, so drop the light armour did you count the musician in the 30 saurus unit? i'd make 3x10 skink skirmishers units and add 2 chameleons (you also could make 2 chameleons units)
