Two armies is ambitious. Anyway we can certainly help you with all your Lizard needs. I like to plug to the Tactica Index as a good jumping off point for game play. The painting forum is good too.
I don't know if you are into unorthodox things, but I heard of at least one example of a player making mild conversions on LM models to make a Beastmen army made up of scaly reptiles instead of furry goatmen. Many varied forms of Chaos and all that.
