I'm going to start a new army and decided on lizardmen. I'm not an experienced player so my goal here is not to make a super competative list but more of a casual/lovethecoolmonsters list. So I want many monsters but I don't want be tabled by turn 2/3 So is this list I'v been thinking about viable? Lords Slann mage-priest: BSB, becalming cogitator Heroes Scar-vet: Light armor, sheild, halberd, Carnosaur: loping stride Core 35 Saurus warriors: full command 3x10 Skink skirmishers Special 25 Temple guards: full command Stegadon: sharpened horns Bastiladon: solar engine Rare Ancient stegadon: sharpened horns 2 salamanders It should be just below 2500 points! I'm thankful for any advice or comments!
where should I find the points? I've also been thinking about loosing salamanders for more TG, another dicipline on slann and or rippers forgot that I have a dispelscroll aswell on the slann
i'd lose the normal steg and some saurus (if you can without dropping under 25% core) to add some terradon riders and more skink skirmishers. i'd worry about your relative lack of chaff (hence my suggestions!). other then that looks good. i love the scarnosaur, i'd always try to run one. the model is too amazing to leave home.

I think it will be hard to get more skink skirmishers. the local meta is that you follow the local tournament rules, its ETC like comp. so max 3 units och skirmishers. is terradons the way to go or are rippers as good? thinking about removing the salamanders for 3 rippers, upgrading the normalsteg to an ancient and de miscast dicipline on the slann. or should I lose the steg anyway altough I love the idea of more monsters yeah totally agree, the scarnosaur is one of the reasons I picked lizardmen for hte next army!
