Old 40k Player trying out AOS

Hi all. I’ve been playing 40k off and on since third ed and dabbled in WHFB with those smelly dwarves. Looking forward to branching out to an army with bright colors and totally different than my Imperial Guard 40k army. I really need some help planning my list and basic tactics.
