8th Ed. old blood combos

    i have an old blood here desined for troop killing
    old blood
    carnosaur
    light armour
    sword of might
    maiming shield
    carnosaur pendant
    glyph necklace

    total 465

    with the sword of might he gets strength 6 and the shield and pendant he gets 7 attacks and som armour the carnosaur is a killing machine the nacklace gives him protection

    here we have one for character hunting
    old blood
    cold one
    light armour
    shield
    piranha blade
    bane head
    talisman of protection
    glyph nacklace

    total 286

    the combination of piranha blade and bane head each wound will be multiplied to 4 wounds on the nominated and 2 on others. the necklace and talisman gives him 4+ ward save. i chose to not give him a carnosaur because it will be hard to get the old blood in position and its expensiv

    what do you think of the combos im open for comments and other combos

    While the second build would be usefull for character hunting it'll have more trouble if your opponent takes a cheap hero for about 50-60 pts and packs in more heavy units or strong ranged attacks.
