Old paint...

So this week end, I found the equivalent of a Warhammer player treasure chest: some old paint pots I used back in 2004, with some brushes as well.

Looking at the paint, I realized it was in pretty bad shape but not completely dried up.

I've heard that using Windex, some water and shaking it well will bring old paint back to life. Anyone here has ever had to do this??? If so, how did you do it?
