Hi all! Just wanted to post my Oniwaban ninja from the Infinity series. I don't play the game myself, but I bought and painted this dude as a gift for my friend. He doesn't play any miniature games, but likes anime and mecha figs and I think many Infinity models are really cool. Oh, and after taking the pictures I noticed that I had forgotten his scabbard. I'll paint and add it later.

I'm not very experienced painter, but was quite happy how the green and grey worked out. Also, I tried basing for the very first time, using the new Lustrian Undergrowth texture paint and Underhive Ash dry paint. As adviced by AllSeeingSkink, I used two layers of the texture paint and I think it works fairly well and you get a nice random texture. One layer left the base a bit too plain, though. I also used the new Citadel Glazes to try to enhance the green. I wasn't sure how to apply it, so I used it as a wash. Perhaps not so clear from the pictures, but I think it really did enhance the green and made the bright parts pop out more.
