There is good online tool which will help you with building your army. You will need to use army book with it but It I find it better than spreadsheets. Battlescribe used to have lists for all the armies, but GW made them remove the list. Battlescribe still works if you program your own lists, or if you private message Scalenex and ask him for one of the lists he made.

Haha that's awesome,just look at those tiny skinks! I personally use an excel template with open office that is set up for creating warhammer lists. You need to ad the points yourself but it's quite useful.
Isn't it really easy to to program simple formulas in Excel and thus you can make Excel add up your points for you.
