Paints for Sacred Host of Tepok

Alrighty, I plan on starting an army touched by the Old One Tepok. For colours, I'd like the lizardmen to have gray bellies that fade into blue scales, that are a lighter, paler blue than the GW LM. They'll also have purple markings indicating their blessing of Tepok.

What I need to know is, what paints should I get for shading, base, and highlight of these colors, as well as other colors necessary for painting these gentlemen up well.

There is a great alternate (for GW) color scheme in White Dwarf 349 (US, Feb 2009) on p. 30. The second Saurus from the left, and maybe the last one on the right might be just what you have in mind. Your LGS or GW might still have a copy to take a look.
