I'll be playing my first game with the new percentage rules tonight. I've been opposed to this change from the moment i've heard wind of it. But now that it's official and legal for chaos to have even more cheese, i figured i'll try my hand. So far, I haven't decided yet whether I want to play LM or HE, but here are the prospective lists. Lizards: oldblood - carno(swiftstride and bloodroar), great weapon, steg helm, dawnstone slann - bsb (+1LD) channel combo, reroll dispel, egg chakax 25 saurus - command 4x 10 skirmishers 25 temple guard - command, +1 movement banner ancient steg - eotg, dev charge High Elves: prince - star dragon, 2+/4++/2++fire, longbow, star lance (and g.weapon for 2n'd round), other trick shard mage - lv2, 2+ ward (1'st wound), channel staff bsb - horse, 1+/1+/6++, pot of str 3x 10 archers - muso 2x 5 reavers - spears/bows, muso 12 silverhelms - command, shields 10 Dragon princes - command, BotWD(2++ vs magical attacks, dragons are stubborn 12") tiranoc chariot (horse) 2x RBT 2x Eagle I'm leaning toward elves, because I haven't played a dragon in a good, long time... but slann and carno oldblood sounds fun...
I think i'm leaning toward HE. I haven't played a good, hard HE list in a long while. And the dragon has only been used as a flamespyre sub in the past 12 months so it's about time he got a dust-off!
