This is more a gripe than a rules question but how come only Skink Characters can restrain pursuit in Predatory Fighter units? This is especially stupid when you look at the example of a unit of Temple Guard with a Slann in them. Are you meaning to tell me that the all powerful Slann that these Saurus are sworn to protect will just forget that and charge off after a random unit of chaff they just cleared? They need a lowly Skink Chief to remind them of their Sacred Duty?

I would say this rule needs to extend to Slann restraint as well as Skinks. Heck, just say ithe skink attendant riding the Slann's palanquin is the restraining "skink character". Stupid rule and not well thought out fluff-wise.

The slaan is too sleepy to say don't do that.
The skinks are the quick, alert, and awake ones.
Temple guard are still protecting the slaan, he's in the unit and they all run off together.

id say that the temple guard will still see the fleeing unit as a threat to the slann and would only leave it be oce its completely gone, but then again the slan can talk telepathically, even if hes concentrating on killing something else id still think he would make sure the temple guard unit get where he wants them not chasing 2 skaven slaves off into the sunset
