Question about painting ripperdactyls

    Oh, guys. Sry for the question, but i really need your help and/or advice.
    How can i make transparent effect (like on their box) on ripperdactyls wings?

    I have the box right here, and don't see what you're talking about. Could you go into a little bit more detail, possibly?

    There should be a feeling, that the sun is behind ripperdactyls, so their wings shine :3 I suppose, their veins should be darker than the main part of the wing. But i dont't know, how to mark them out(
    If i cover the wings with white color at first and then apply thin layer another - there coould be such effect. But result was...pitiful.

    Like this, but wings should be a little more bright.
