8th Ed. Question about the Slann!

Can the Slann be the BSB and the General at the same time? Look at page 93 of the army book and let me know what you think?

Yes the slann can be a General, BSB, and have 100 points of magic items. I beleive the slann is the only being in Warhammer that can do that.
