Almost finished with my Slann and just wanted to see what everyone recommended for a sealer/matte finish.

I was looking at the GW sealer, but $15 for enough spray to cover less than half my army is kinda...meh.

Krylons mat finish or semi gloss are on the top of most peoples list for best sealers.

in the US... Just about any where... (Wallmart, Loes, Dolar General)
Elsewhere... somebody on that side of the Atlantic will have to answer.
