7th Ed. Quick question on: Flying Cavalry

Just a quick question about flying cavalry:

Do they actually count as cavalry (affected by beast cowers and "The Horn of Kygor"?)

Things like pegasus knights and terradons? Yep they count for the purposes of beast cowers and the horn and such.

Hey, this is a little unrelated, but how does "feigned flight" work? I don't have the rulebook so any help would be great!

Basically if you choose to flee as a charge reaction, then if you rally next turn you can act as normal, still move and such. rather than rallying couting as your movement.
