A unit of Sallies have just rallied which further means they REFORM. The REFORM rule (pg 14) says that REFORMED units cannot shoot missile weapons. For this purpose, are the Sallies Spout Flame/Flaming Attack considered a missile weapon (it is not listed under the Missile Weapons on pg 57)?...also too, units that MARCH cannot shoot missile weapons either...again, is the Sallies Spout Flame/Flaming Attack a missile attack or no?

The old Lizzy book never clarified this really and the new one doesnt seem to either...

    tx all :D

Can't shoot in either case. If it were a breath weapon, you could march and shoot (FAQ clarified it is not a breath weapon). Only fast cav and other units who specifically have the rule can shoot on the turn they rally.
