8th Ed. Razordons

I've just seen something that i really didn't like. Since salamanders are skirmishers they can march and shoot, but Razordons which have the same rules have it stated in the army book that they cannot march and shoot? This is probably not intended but still, army books overrun the rulebook right?

This is One of the reasons you will hardly ever see a razordon fielded.

Yep exactly, salamanders can but razordons cannot.

Razordons are not a very good choice at all.

They were considered worse off not even counting that march and fire note.
Seems like an unnessecary extra kick in the balls

If they had just have overuled that horible faq on their double stand shoot missfire, and march and shoot,
and maybe had given the.. I duno +1 to wound or something they might have been worth taking vs Salamanders.

Or at least they could have made them use their base S5 as their attack strength with their Barb attacks!

I mean S4 shooting is nothing to sneeze at but S5 would be way better

what i would do is give them march and shoot, and auto hits, that would bring them back

Yeah, a moving Organ Gun would be sweet.

That would make them 6th edition Salamanders....
