Hello!

I got my hands on this quite lovely figure from Reaper Miniatures. Here's a picture:

I was thinking of converting it into a Scar-Vet or Oldblood on Cold One. The size is ok, it's pretty much the size of a normal Cold One Rider, but it's legs are way too close to each other. Has anyone else tried this conversion and if so, how did you make it fit? It is a pewter model, so heating should allow spreading it's legs, but I have never done this before, so any tips on this area are also welcomed.

Thanks!

Try a dark elf cold one, the mount isn't as narrow.
If that fails, try a lot of wine. IMO, it gets legs to spread.

Haha, at first I thought wine was a brand name for some chemical solvent or something... I don't have any DE cold ones at my disposal. I know I can get some from eBay, but I'm not too eager to try. I'll ask a friend who used to play DE, if hehän any spares. If that fits, everything would be much easier... And no, I haven't started on this yet, but hopefully soon! I'll put pictures on my paint blog if anything noteworthy happens. Thanks for the help, guys.
