I would like to know if you can reform when you caught the enemy unit when you pursue them after you won the combat.

I would say no, you can only do an reform from combat if you elected to restrain and did not pursue.

We had this dicusion but could`t find an awnser.

    sorry for my bad english

You are correct - if you pursue then you cannot reform after catching the opponent. If you restrain, then you can reform but the fleeing unit gets away.

There is one exception to what Strewart has indicated but it is very rare but I just had it happen recently. As per page 58 of the CRB, if the pursuit move takes you into an already fleeing enemy then you are allowed to a final reform after the enemy unit is destroyed.
