    You've got two Ogre Blades, and you can only take one, so fix that. Also, I would swap the Chameleon Skinks for something else, like Terradons perhaps. Other than that, it looks like a pretty solid list.

    What do you mean you can have 2 of the same magic blades in the same army?
    So what would be the best replacement type sword for him?

    Nope, you're not allowed to have duplicates of any magic item in an army. Personally, I'd go with the sword of strife in place of the second ogre blade. Also instead of the gamblers armor and luck stone, I'd just go for the glyph necklace on the Oldblood.

    Just my 2 cents.

    Do you think the Old Blood should have the strength boost or my scarvet in my tg?

    You can't have 2 dragon helm. Also, your Old Blood can't have the Gambler's Armour and the Maiming Shield since you can only have one piece of magic armour. I feel like at this point level, you should have units of 24 saurus not 20. And I'd try to fit in another unit of chameleon and another salamander at that point level.

    About the strength boost, having it in your spear Saurus will give the unit some extra punch. Having it in the TG will give you a great character killer to take out enemies who try to challenge your Slann.

    Page 502 of the BRB states "A model can only have one suit of armour and one shield, so if you give a model a magical suit of armour or a magical shield, it replaces any mundane equivalent already work by the model".

    Does this mean that a hero/lord can have both the Gambler's Armour and Maiming Shield?

    Actually i was going to put the ogre blade on my old blood on carno to be a stronger solo model or on the scarvet to protect my slaan
    Which do you think is more useful!

    You can't have a magic armour and a magic shield.

    I think protecting the Slann is essential, but high STR attacks won't really help the Scar-Vet protecting the Slann. High armour + ward save = bodyguard.

    O thats what i thought... What do you think is the best build for a protector like scar vet?
