Once, when on scribd, I came across a old lizardmen army book- 6th edition, i think.
I loved the idea there of the sacred marks of the old ones, like marks of chaos but for lizardmen. I thought that perhaps, in friendly games this could be the counter to the fragility of the skinks or the poor initiative of the saurus warriors. So, I did some research and found some marks, but I wanted to know decisively more about the marks, what they do, and any websites where more info. can be found.
Here is what I know already:
Chotec: +D6 to pursue/overrun, pick the two/three highest results 20/15 pts
Sotek: +1A on the charge. 30/20 pts
Huanchi: Woods and forest count as open ground. 25/20 pts
Quetzl: Scaly skin +1 30/15 pts
Tepok: +1 dispel dice for every unit with this mark in play. 30/20 pts
Tlazcotl: Immune to Psychology 20/20pts
Tzunki: Aquatic and +1I 10/5pts
Xhotl: 5+ ward save (don't know how many points)
I would take a mixture of Tzunki, Xhotl and Quetzl, due to the preservative or initiative-boosting properties of these marks.
Thanks for any help!!!
