8th Ed. Salamander March and Shoot

Sorry in advance if there has already been a thread about this.

My question is can sallys march and shoot, I was talking to a guy at the games workshop and he said they can't but they are a hunting pack isn't that the same as skirmish which can march and shoot?

The sallamander hunting pack has the skirmishers USR, and unlike the razordons they don't have a specific rule forbidding them to march and shoot. So yes sallies can march and shoot.
PS: GW store employees are all morons, if they weren't they'd have real jobs.
