7th Ed. Saurus with spears

When I equip my saurus warriors with spears. Do the second rank have 2 attacks or just 1?
Maybe its a silly question, but I havent found any answer elsewhere.

2nd rank gets their full attacks which is 2, as long as the unit didn't move.

Ahhh....

well thats almost right... only the first rank can attack on the turn you charge.

but yea 2 attacks each...
(it used to be only one from the second row in 6th edition)

the rule book says "stationary spearmen", wich in my inturpretation means if you get charged but have moved the previous turn you can not use spears in the second rank, just my opinion

No, it doesn't matter whether you moved or not during your movement phase or not, if the Saurus get charged they attack with both first and second ranks, both with 2 attacks apiece, and if charging only the first rank fights in the first turn of combat and both first and second in every combat thereafter.

As they have both handweapons/shields and spears, you can decide to use handweapon/shields on the charge (when the spears have no use so you would take the extra armor save) and use spears on the second turn when you can fight from both ranks, right?

yes you can choose either,
but you are stuck with that choice for the entire combat,
not just a single turn.

You choose one set of weapons to use (either the spears or hand weapons) but have to stick with those weapons for the entire combat, not just that round. So if you charge and choose hand weapons, then you will fight with hand weapons for all the later turns as well, not just the first. The same goes for spears.
