Hi all, I'm new to the site so let me know if I have posted incorrectly.
I hate the look of the cold ones so I decided to make a conversion using a dark elf cold one. I have use peices from the new old blood plastic kit, obviously the dark elf cold one (gifted form a friend), peices from a cold one calvary, green stuff and bits and peices from a variety of lizardmen boxes.
This is my first ever conversion using green stuff. Although I have painted and battle with GW model on an off since child hood I would consider myself an amatuer, so let me know what you think. Be brutal, if it doesnt look right tell me why, maybe I can fix it? Or throw it in the bin lol!
I used green stuff to make a cloth and strap under the saddle, create the horns on the cold one and make an arm for the shield. I have used clay before I was suprised how difficult I found it to use green stuff, it is unforgiving.

EDIT:And now hes painted and ready for the unit of saurus warriors (the main reasn I made him).
