8th Ed. Seeking advice: Dual Tournament 2x1200... Help?

    Hello.

    Me and My friend will participate in a Tournament with quite funny rules. The rules are:
    - No Lords
    - Max 4 warmachines/template weapons per team
    - Max 2 of the same unit types (including Heros)
    - Max 4 magic levels per team
    - All Rare Choices are 0-1
    - No ultimate spells (no "6" spells)
    - You cannont double common magic items
    - All the poitns that you don't spend on your army, your opponent will get as victory points.

    I've came up with 2 Army rosters, And I'd like to know which do You prefer, and maybe what would you change. My ally will be an empire player, and a little request, Does any one know how the new empire works?:) We are stuck and can't figure out a good army:( All we know that We will have a Warrior priest, a fire mage, and an master Engineer with a Hellblaster:).

    Basicly the diffrence is that the second list has less Saurus and have Kroxigors in a large kohort unit. I've took the cube so my ally can take the Dispel Scroll, thuss improvig our animagic potential:)

    Being a fan of skrox units, I like the second list. Interesting rules also.

    The Shop wan't the Tournament to be more tacticall than just "Who gets to cast Dwellers/Pit/PurpleSun/Bironas with 6 PD wins!!"
    To Be honest My Army will be dependant of my allies army. The First option Is that I will be in charge of bending charges and annoying opponents, while My colleques Cannons and Hellblasters... blast the enemy:)
    The second one will be If he decides to go more aggresive, (Stank maybe, some knights.)
