AoS Shadowquake *2000 points*

New Seraphon player here. I am currently in the process of building this list and would like to know your thoughts.

Allegiance: Seraphon

Leaders:
Slann starmaster (General) 260pts
Astrolith bearer 160 pts
Skink starpriest (Shadowstrike) 80pts
EotG (TQ) 220pts

Behemoths:
2x Bastiladon with solar engine (TQ) 280pts

Battlelines:
2x Skinks (10) (shadowstrike) 120pts
Skinks (10) 60pts

Other:
Ripperdactyl Riders (3) (shadowstrike) 140pts
Salamander (TQ) 40pts
Skink Handler(3) (TQ) 40pts

Batallions:
Shadowstrike Starhost 180pts
Thunderquake Starhost 120pts

Total points: 1980

Now my questions:
1- I didn't toy much with batallions in the past, is my list legal?
2- If it is, then this army could include 3 artifacts, any suggestions as for what I should use besides rectrices?
3- If it is not a legal list, how could I adapt to make it so?

You need one additional Battleline unit to make your current list Matched Play legal.

In my experience the only battalion worth running with Thunderquake is Firelance. This is normally only run in order to allow for fewer drops and additional artifacts.

My favorite artifacts are from the Realm of Ulgu. Miasmic blade (great for Slann), Betrayer's Crown, Sword of Judgement, and Spell Mirror are my go to artifacts. Aqshy also has Ignax's Scales which is great for Slann.

You can include one artifact simply for being an army and one additional artifact for each battalion you include. The main list I use for Tournaments includes 4 artifacts.

I see now. Thought you had one unit of 20 Skinks and one unit of 10 Skinks.

yeah he listed them awkwardly, I needed to double check points because when he 2x'd the skinks he used the total cost, when he 2x'd the bastilodons he did the cost for each. threw me for a second.

yeah I did split it this way mainly for myself to make sure I made a distinction between units inluded in Batallions and those who aren't, forgot to edit it out after I double checked myself. Sorry for the confusion.
