    So...

I am a relatively new Lizzy player (less than 10 games under my belt) but I have had some really good success so far. There is an upcoming tourney with some really good players and I wanted to try out something new as this has been the story for my Steggies for the last few games:

    :beaver:

I was paging through the Lizardmen codex and saw a strategy that might work for me. Lord Kroak and some kamikaze skinks, so I went on the net to look for some Kroak tactics and whattayouknow... I saw the skink bomb, which was pretty much the idea I had :D

So, for you to C&C, my version of it:

    Lord Kroak

    Teto'ekko

    Skink priest (Beasts)
    Dispel scroll

    Skink priest (Heavens)
    Cloak of feathers

    25x Saurus Hw+shield
    Full command

    3x10 Skink skirmishers
    Jav+shield

    9x Chameleon skinks

    26x Temple Guard
    Full command
    Razor standard

    Salamander
    extra handler

    Salamander
    extra handler

    Points: 2014

So, no BSB. I honestly don't know how to fit him in at this point level, also figured cold-blooded should help me enough. I have yet to try out the sallies but I hear they are worth it. Rest is standard. Vanguard flying skink and fly in behind the enemy lines. Vanguard sallies if I can. Combat blocks stay in the centre and advance as slow as the opposing army allows and Deliver them from my sight :D

Also, how would this list deal with armies such as Ogres?

Anyway... any advice from people who have experience running or dealing with this kind of list will help greatly.

in kroak bomb lists i always take a priest with the forbidden rod: with a bit of luck it can buy you a wonderful magic phase.
A BSB is always nice, but if you are able to use at best your umbreakable TG and sallies to soften enemy units then cold blood COULD be enough ;)

I agree on the forbidden rod, would love to be able to fit him in as I regularly roll below 4 for magic winds. I will test without it and test with it. Not sure what I will take out to fit it in though...

The skink chief idea is probably not going to work, one cannon shot and I lose my bsb... I will need to test play a couple of games without a bsb as I have never played without one as of yet.

    Thanks for the advice people
