Help Skinks with hats

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone had a good idea on how to get some cool headpieces on plain ol skink models.

I know the flyers have some headpieces but is there any other ideas you guys have?

For example, I really want to take my excess gaurd heads with skulls, remove the skulls and try to put them on a skink. Is this do able? What would I need?

Yeah it’s doable - but if you go about loping off guard heads for your skink - that will cost you a small fortune

Best way to do that would be to take a skull off of one guard and silicone mold it - then you can either resin or green stuff yourself an endless supply (for the many skink I presume you will want to wear them - and of course leaving your guards fully intact)
