Hi! I'm so beginner with WH that I decided to ask some advice to you guys. ^^"
So, we've decided to play a 2000 pts game, Lizardmen vs Orcs & Goblins, with no wizards. All I know about the enemy's army is that there's a Wyvern. Could you please give me some advice with tactics and designing army of Lizardmen against them?

Models I'm able to use:

Scar Veteran/Oldblood
2x Razordon/Salamander
50x Saurus Warriors (hand weapon & shield)
20x Temple Guard
8x Cold One Riders
Stegadon/Ancient Stegadon
32x Skinks
17x Saurus Warriors (spears)

Use salamanders for sure, you'll kill droves of goblins and cause panic.
Make 2 units of 30+ saurus I use both with spears but you can do 1 hw shield and one spears
Use the temple guard, I'd plop my oldblood there
Use all the cold ones, or take one off and use him as a old blood on a cold one.
Use the steg as a mount for a chief with the steg spear, use that to charge the wyvern
I'd make the skinks into skirmishers, 3 packs of 10 or so. Use them to harass orc units with low armor.

I agree with MOST of Craken's recomendations. A Stegadon will beat a Wyvern if it gets the charge, but the Stegadon has a base move of 6 and the Wyvern flies so it has a base move of 10 inches so the Wyvern will probably get the charge on your (or fly away from the Stegadon and attack the other side of your deployment). Your odds of getting the charge are fairly. I would keep the list concept and use the Stegadon to mash up orcs and use the Temple Guard to take out the Wyvern.

in my opinion if you do 2 30+ saurus units give them hand weapon and shield and make them horde. You also could make a 40 saurus horde with spears and a smaller unit to protect 1 flank of your main unit. The main unit could be a perfect anvil (better with hand weapon and shield because of the parry save) and the temple guard with the oldblood\scar veteran will be a scary hammer. Give full command to the main unit.
You also could have 3 different units of sauri, but you already have the temple guard, so i think it's better less unit with more models. Totally agree with Craken about salamanders and skirmishers skinks. Use fast units to redirect charges and attack his flanks.

Thanks guys! I just asked about the army I'm up against, and I'm going to face at least 6x Trolls, some Black Orcs and 2x Giants (and the Wyvern I mentioned) :S That sounds nasty .. Do you still hold on to last advices..?

Yep you should still do fine, and salamander will get rid of troll regeneration.

The Salamanders will only negate regeneration for the shooting phase so it's not that useful unless you follow up with additional Skink shooting. I would give your Temple Guard the Banner of Eternal Flame and then expose a "vulnerable" flank to the trolls if you can do so without exposing the Temple Guard to the rest of the army. If you want to be more proactive in troll hunting, give the banner of Eternal Flame to the Cold One Cavalry.
