I personally dislike the cold ones, I'd exchange them for 12 addition saurus in the spear block, which should leave you around 50 points to play with, possibly for gear for the scar vet?

Why give the oldblood a halbert? Give the baby a GW if he fields anything with armor saves. Not like you'll be striking first.
