8th Ed. Steed of shadows

    This is probably stupid, but Steed of shadows now says you can target a "character". That would include mounts, right? A Stegadon with engine of the gods is a mount... Is it possible to have 10tons flying dinos or have I missed something?

    Wow, it used to be US 1 only or on foot only but doesn't say either now. You may be right, even though I don't think that is what GW intended and if it hasn't been FAQed it probably will be.

    One thing I did just notice though is the steed of shadows now says it gets a move as if in the remaining moves phase, so you wouldn't be able to charge with it.

    Which means that the Flying Jaguar Saurus of Doom is a thing of the past :depressed: Not being able to charge makes the Jaguar Pendant much less useful.
