Do Stegadon have to turn himself to face enemy that will be target of his bow shot? (like warmachines) What about giant blowpipes? Turn to keep enemies if front angle is enough in that case? thanks in advance!
They need to be facing the target at the end of your movement phase. They aren't warmachines so they can't pivot during the shooting phase.
