In our recent poetry contest, these two poems are tied for first place and are well ahead of the pack. So we are going to have a runoff election running for ten days.
We've had ties before for short story contests, but normally I've just declared two winners. We don't do as many poetry contest so I thought I'd aim for a clear winner. If the runoff election results in a tie, I guess we'll declare two winners.
