    Hi Guys!

Long time lurker here. I used to play 40K quite a bit as my gaming group were always a bit 40K-centric, but I've given up on that system, as have most of my friends. Fantasy was always THE game for me though, and am glad to say most of my gaming group has made the switch.

Anyway, I've played Vampire Counts along the way, and dwarfs a bit too, but have just bought and built (and am now painting) a Lizardmen army. I love the models and the background, and the diversity, both modelling wise, and to a lessor extend, list building wise.

Well, I'm looking forward to lots of fun with these guys, and hopefully telling you all about my triumphs and disasters alike.

    Cheers.

    Mat.

Welcome to the forum! I was a 40K player for several years too. Now I made the switch to fantasy and really like my lizardmen. I am still painting my army, and have only played a bit. But I am having a lot of fun learning how to play the game.

    Welcome to the forum.

I always thought men in space suits with chainsaws was a little over the top. Glad you switched to something reasonable like Aztec dinosaurs.

I'd give the Tactica Index a look through and pretty much the entire Painting Forum is full of good stuff too. You can't really go wrong here. Don't be afraid to ask any questions you might have about rules, painting, tactics or whatever.
