I have ten spare points, would it be worth it to get the 6+ ward save? If I am not mistaken, this would only work with a roll of 6. What use is it then?

    Thanks

you could have a 1+ armour save and still fail on a 1, you might roll 5 6's in a row while saving it's all luck of the dice and if you have 10 points to spare then you might aswell get it.

You can't afford the Talismen of Protection its abit more expensive than your remaining points. Though if you could afford it and had nothing else to spend the points on I'd say take it, a 6+ ward save is better than no ward save.

you could get a saurus for less than that talisman, or a plaque of tepok, or drop a musician and get a war banner. i don't really like the talisman. it wound be worth for 5 points, but otherwise... if you have to save 1 wound/turn you would save one every 6 turns. thats 2/12 wounds IF you were in combat from turn one and only had to save 1 wound with it.

I think I may go with a war banner. I will play around with it to see.

    Thanks for the suggestion.
