So, as I've been browsing the forums, it seems that the general consensus regarding Teclis and his irresistible force on any doubles ability is that he still has to reach the spells casting value. Where is that coming from? I have checked and double-checked the BRB and High Elf FAQ, and NOWHERE does it even address the issue. So why do you all seem to think that? Now don't get me wrong, I would love it if that were the case, but it just doesn't seem to be.

    From the High Elf FAQ:

“In addition, any spell cast by
Teclis will be cast with irresistible force on any successful
    casting roll
that is a double, however it will only be considered
a miscast if the roll includes a double 6.”

A successful casting roll is one that achieves the minimum casting value for the spell.

teclis high loremaster ability allows any spell he casts with doubles that beats the casting value of the spell to be irresistible,(HE AB pg 66) and only miscast on double 6's. wow I'm really glad they FAQ'd teclis better.... and kroak worse, stupid GW.

aaaand his ignoring the 1st miscast still allows the spell to go off... weak.

dear GW, stop FAQing things until you grow a brain, kthnx cravenus.
