Are Terradons considered skirmishers?

The BRB states that flying cavalry can move as skirmishers on the ground. I am wondering if this grants them the -1 to hit bonus that skirmishers get? Thanks.
 
They are and they would....

Except they are US2 so they don't get the -1. :(
