Are Terradons not elligible to get a rear or flank charge combat bonus?

they are skirmishers. they get the bonus as long as they have US 5+ but they do not deny ranks

Can I get somebody to confirm this? I was told (after I got a rear charge with 3 terradons) that I did not get the +2 because they were flying calvary which made them skirmishers.

I'm fairly certain they do get the +2 bonus for a rear charge, I'm not certain whether they negate the enemies ranks. Don't have my rulebook with me at the moment... should say under Flying Cavalry though.

flying cavlary = flying unit = skirmisher
skirmishers get the bonus but don't negate ranks per BRB skirmshers rule. search those few pages and you will find it to be true

I can also confirm this to be true.

In addition, in the rare event that you should have something like 2 units of 2 terradons charging the enemy in the rear, you do NOT get the +2 bonus (though they are US8 in total). The bonus can only be generated by a single unit with US5.
