Hello Lustria!
In my last game against a Dark Elves we came to wonder, how do the terror on a charge work?
Do one need to roll for terror when the other person declares a charge against the unit? And in that case can a creature with terror just declare a charge against units across the table or does it need some kind of range like movement + d6 as it seams to be now in 8th edition.? Should one then use the maximum potential range?
Or is it just the actual charge that gives terror if it reaches? And it wont cause it if the charge is failed. (This option seams to make the most sense to me)
I do not have the rulebook as my friend is the keeper of it atm, but according to him it was maximum potential charge range that can cause terror if charge is declared.
Cheers guys!
