1) does Tetto cast IF even if he doesn't reach the casting value? Some people say not, other say he only fails with a double 1
2) does herald of cosmic events work only in a magic phase? There are different translations and different interpretations
3) if herald of cosmic events fails, the enemy cast with IF all his spells or only the spells from the lore of heavens?
4) does tetto miscast only with double 6 or not?

1. Yes, he has to reach the casting value.
2. Only a single magic phase. 1 (one) time. There is some contention about that due to translations, but the English version is only good for one magic phase.
3. Only the lore of Heavens.
4. Only on double 6s.
