Hi all,

Quick query....

If a Skink Priest successfully uses transformation and takes 3 wounds and then the transformation is dispelled, he is dead

If a skink priest gets 1 wound whilst transformed, then is dispelled, he comes back with one wound remaining

If skink priest has 1 wound, transforms, gets another wound, then dispelled, he dies

Do all the above = true?

That's exactly right, as I read it.

Also, small transformation = 50 x 100 base
Large transformation = 100 x 150 base

Would that seem right?

The GW models for the manticore, hydra, chimera, and any variety of dragon all come on 50x100 mm bases, so I'd say you'd be fine to just stick with that size if you wanted.

If you'll be using a Forge World model, those do come on 100x150 bases for the most part. At my store, the rule of thumb is to use the base the model comes with, so the only ambiguity comes in when you're converting something. In that case, yeah, the bigger base for the upgraded transformations sounds fair.
